Partec Flow Cytometers
CyFlow FCM Line
The CyFlow® follows a new concept in multiparameter flow cytometry. The technique of this miniature flow cytometer with respect to electronic, optical and laser technology represents a milestone in flow cytometer development with analytical performance comparable or superior to those of bigger systems.
The CyFlow® system family consists of four versions:
CyFlow® ML
Multilaser: FCM
measures up to 16 optical parameters (2xFSC, SSC, 13 fluorescences
FL1-FL13) with a selection from four different light sources for fluorescence
excitation with up to 3 lasers simultaneously, plus additional 100W
UV lamp for highest resolution DNA measurements.
A new powerful 200mW
(!) 488nm blue solid state laser is implemented, resulting in a new
level of fluorescence sensitivity and scatter resolution.

CyFlow® space
Benchtop system
ideal for routine immunophenotyping, microbial analysis, food quality
control, and for a broad range of applications.
CyFlow® space features
8 optical paramaters (FSC, SSC, FL1-FL6) and two lasers in the standard
configuration: the new powerful 200mW, 488nm blue solid state laser
and a 25mW 635nm red diode laser.

CyFlow® SL
Single laser,
portable/desk top system with up to 5 optical parameters. For example,
the configuration of the basic CyFlow® with blue laser and five parameters
meets exactly the functionality of a standard traditional multiparameter
flow cytometer with forward scatter, side scatter and three fluorescence
colours (green, orange and red) for the excitation of all major fluorochromes.

CyFlow® Counter
With its
integrated computer, keyboard and colour LCD screen, the CyFlow® Counter is a dedicated
FCM for the routine absolute counting of CD4/CD8 cells. It has push
button function and does not need a keyboard or mouse.

All Partec CyFlow devices are equipped with the same "true volumetric
absolute counting" technique.
Therefore, there is no need to use reference
beads or to count leucocytes on a hematology counter.
