TissueFAXS
The newly developed TissueFAXS is a unique instrument of cell analysis that combines detailed morphologic information offered by microscopy with the scientific accuracy of multi-channel flow cytometry offers:
- Automated multi-channel image acquisition
- Automated identification of cells in tissue and smears
- Individual regions of interest (ROI) definable by graphical tools
- Automated single cell detection by patented algorithms
- Suitable for cryocut and paraffin sections, cell cultures, TMA's and smears
- Forward Gating from the individual cell in the image to the dot in the scattergram
- Backward Gating from the individual dot or gate to the corresponding cells in the sample
- DotPlot operations – analysis of the image processing results via gating and additional DotPlots
- Histograms and overlays
- Statistical data in tables and export in Excel as well as ASCII formats
