PamStation12
The PamStation®12 is a fully automated instrument designed for processing PamChip®4 microarrays. It is ideal for biomarker discovery as well as assay development. The instrument has also been developed to meet Diagnostic market regulations.
Key attributes:
- Fully integrated incubation, washing and image acquisition
- Suitable for nucleic acid and protein analysis
- Can alter temperature on-line (20oC - 80oC) and watch experiment progress in real-time; ideal for generating melting curves
- Real-time detection offers unique capability of generating kinetic data on enzyme/substrate interactions
- Bio Navigator Software allows detailed analysis of PamChip measurements
